Saturday November 23, there will be a gardening workshop to show you how to make lasagna compost.  In this workshop, you will help build compost that is made like a lasagna.  We place a layer of horse manure, a layer of leaves from trees that have just fallen, and a layer of old compost, and we repeat to the top in thickness exactly like a lasagna.

 Gardening Workshop -- On Saturday, November 8, 2025, join us for a hands-on workshop to learn how to make a lasagna-style compost!In this workshop, participants will help build a compost pile layer by layer, horse manure, freshly fallen leaves, and old compost, just like a lasagna! After the lasagna compost is completed, the participants will be invited to a wine and cheese to celebrate the completion of the Lasagna Compost 2025!
