In addition to our 46 gardens with plants, flowers, fruits, and vegetables, we have created a garden of herbs with medicinal and culinary properties. Our garden welcomes hotel guests, private visitors, and groups who come for workshops.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unique in its kind, the garden is a true place of well-being where you can recharge your batteries while learning more about the various benefits of herbs.<\/span><\/p>\n

THE FOUR GARDENS<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It all began several years ago when one of our volunteers, who was studying medicinal herbs, noticed that our land was a prime location for a herb garden. During his stay as a woofer, he researched which plants offered the highest medicinal and culinary value. The result: a carefully selected list of 52 herbs, all grown from seed.<\/p>\n

In 2025, another woofer with extensive herbal knowledge helped finalize the garden\u2019s design. Inspired by an ancient planting method based on the four elements \u2014 earth, water, fire, and air \u2014 we created a garden that follows nature\u2019s own logic.<\/p>\n

Each element corresponds to a cardinal direction:<\/p>\n
